IN SHORT 

Our policy on returns varies by product. Verify whether a product is refundable or exchangeable in the product's description page.

If the product is eligible, our policy lasts 14 days within your order's original shipment date unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. In other words your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, in this case we will help right away.

If you believe you have received faulty or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Email us at return@gardensale24.com about your planned refund.

If available, please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package (cargo). Print the label we provide you and securely tape it to the outside of your return package (cargo). Bring your return package to a FedEx, UPS, or USPS location and ship it to the return address specified on the instructions.

Heavy and oversized items requires a truck (transportation company). We are commited to consult you or coordinate transportation of oversized items.

If a packing slip and return instructions are unavailable, we will reply to your email with an RMA number, which you should clearly label on the outside of your return package. Follow the rest of the instructions on the email. We'll try to keep the process as straightforward as possible.

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking information. Gardensale24.com is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification with confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as they will often not process returns without an approved RMA number.
